The usernames for faculty and staff are the unified information IDs issued by the school (the same cartoon ID), while those for students are their student IDs. New accounts require self-activation upon first login, and forgotten passwords can be resolved independently.
Unable to log in due to phone number change. Faculty and staff should contact their department's information officer to modify the details in the HR system; undergraduate students should modify them in the academic system themselves; postgraduate students should modify them in the postgraduate system themselves; international students should contact their academic advisor to modify the details in the international student system. After the data synchronization is completed (typically 2-4 hours), you can log in and use the system with the new phone number.
